If you have a bit of patience for reading, on the nfohump forums there is an updated version of the unlocker
which solves the problems that people with multiple network adapters or PPOE connection have
(the PPOE connection is registered as another network adapter by Windows).
The problem with the unlocker from the torrent is that it does not block the right adapter when it encounters a
PPOE connection or multiple network adapters.
The updated unlocker has a GUI that will list every network adapter detected by your OS and by a trial and error
process, you can activate the DLC's.
The updated unlocker can be found on the nfohump forums, page 87 of ME2 thread, in the link posted by the user
iNatan (it will have also a small picture of the GUI). I won't give a direct link !

P.S.: you will still need NET Framework 3.5 installed on your PC and you will still have to deactivate the
online features from the game's options.
Guys, I have created a fix for the cracks, for those that can't get it to work.
It uses the same code as the included hack, but gives you an option to select which adapter to put in the INI
file. You have to select your internet adapter.
If you don't trust me (and you shouldn't), you can check the code with Reflector

How install and play DLC Content
1) Before you can install YOU NEED TO TURN OFF gameplay feedback and autoconnect.
Do so by starting Mass Effect 2 and going to extras > Options.
Then exit game.
2) Install all the files from DLC directory in this torrent.
3) Put the NEW **crack** to your Mass Effect 2 directory. Run Crack from there.
3. The **NEW CRACK**gives you an option to select which adapter to put in the INI file.You have to select your internet adapter.
4) Start the game and enjoy your new Mass Effect 2 content:
